Kick back and unwind with this impressive 43 inch TV from Techwood. Between the razor-sharp 4K resolution and vibrant HDR technology with support for Dolby Vision, everything from documentaries to Hollywood blockbusters will look incredible. You can stream all your favourite boxsets in 4K using the built-in smart services too, as well as enjoy 70 subscription-free channels via Freeview HD. There’s also a trio of HDMI ports and a couple of USB sockets for hooking up games consoles, hard drives and more – keeping you entertained from morning to night.

We want you to fully enjoy your new TV, so please be careful when unpacking it – pull it out of the box using the edges so that you don’t damage the screen. If you need to return your TV for any reason, we just ask that you don’t pack the plug in front of the screen as it could damage the TV in transit.

If it was critically reviewed it would be at the bottum somewhere, maybe edging out similar priced sets but still one of the worst. I will say again it being the "worst" doesnt mean people cant be happy with it.

If it was "probably the worst TV on the market", it wouldn't have a 4.9/5 average review. Is that not obvious?
Why are you people arguing?! Perfect deal, especially for people who can't afford to buy a Pro + Sony / X+Samsung. Not everyone can spend 2000 on TV and console, so be respectful as your comments might offend someone. I know two families that were extremely happy about this deal. Good job finding this!

Still plays 4k video and UHD disks and will be an easier cheaper option for them while also shifting a few S consoles that might not be moving as much these days.

Does anyone know if techwood TVs are any good?

Didn't they make packet curries in the 70's?
Slightly unethical I know, but any idea if I'll be able to return just the TV and keep the Xbox?

A small section of people being happy with it does not dispute my claim, its obviously ok for their needs. It can still be the worst 43" tv on the market and have people be happy with it.

You do realise everyone that buys the TV can leave a review, not just a "small section of people" who are happy with it, right?
Thats a really nice deal! Was on the verge of buying but not available in my area- Northern Ireland. What a surprise! lol
Heat added anyway
Ordered, thanks op 😁

Had nothing but trouble with any TV made by Vestel including my 43 inch Toshiba, going to stick with Hisense from now on.

Just pulled the trigger - seems like the big brands' high end features don't filter down to the 43" panels anyway and my son's xbone is just about ready to shuffle off this mortal coil, so all's well.

Not sure what your getting at? I said a small group of postive reviews are not in conflict with my claim, me claiming its the worst isnt saying its atrocious and no one could be relatively happy with it. People who would buy a techwood set are probably not expecting too much and would probably be comparing their new purchase to similar quality sets and so are happy with it. This is a bottum of the ladder set and is priced as such, if ao were not pulling this silly bundle deal they could probably sell the set for what £180? its obviously not going to be equal to sets priced higher.

Probably need to add £200 rather than £50 for the bundle and then it's not as attractive.

And yet I have the opposite experience with a Toshiba 43T6863db and a Hisense 43A6250. The Hisense having worse contrast, brightness, colour, large columns of light at either side of the screen, and really poor screen uniformity. The only thing I really like about it is the remote.

Obviously it's theoretically possible that the *only* people who bought and reviewed this set would be somehow happy enough with what you theorise as possibly "the worst set on the market" to give it an average of 4.9/5. The likelihood of that is near zero, however - but I acknowledge that extremely slim possibility exists in order for you to say that an excellently reviewed 4.9/5 TV could be the worst set on the market. Saying it's "probably going to be the worst 43" tv on the market", however...

Jesus. Give it up eh. Like he/she said, it’s a relatively poor TV. 4.9/5 for a poor TV. Probably about 2 out of 5 when critically reviewed in comparison to a good mid range TV. Good for the price but a poor performer in the grand scheme of things.

If you want to use it for 4k it's a different story with these TV's.. remember not everyone cares about clarity on a screen. This would be good for a kids bedroom I'd suggest.

You want 4k you'll have to pay more than the price of this combo however and at this price if it's capable of looking better than hd it's a win..

He/she didn't say it was a relatively poor TV. He/she called it "probably the worst 43" TV on the market".

One is reasonable comment. One is unjustifiable hyperbole. Equating the two is nonsense.

If my statement was not meant to be taken seriously why have you taken it seriously? Maybe you misused that nice word i had to google (lol). I think your being pedantic, those two things are not so different. Its 2019 all manufactureres have come on, the worst in 2019 is enough for many people to be happy with, espcially if they got it at a good price.
Just tried to order via Quidco and works so cash back should track
Wow..
I think it's now expired - Xbox One S showing as out of stock.
