Unfortunately not the same. The OP's one is a proper UK keyboard with the £ on the 3 key and " on the 2. Yours is a US layout.

Bought this keyboard a few days ago.

read the questions on amazon, clearly states you change your keyboard to uk to get the £ on the EC keyboard

The OPs keyboard talks about dimming when u move away from it.

But they do look similar.

I got a Rii for £10 no proximity detector.

Nice keyboard but the lights are OK apart from the fact that whenever it turns on/wakes up the lights are always off.

So you have to keep turning them on and they always turn on at the first colour not the one you had set.

The £ is in the right place but the " and @ are swooped.

I'm the OP and IMO the are the exact same keyboard, I only realized later about the other keyboard and there are other keyboards different brand same keyboard on amazon. I would pay the £9.99 one
