I use this at work, very decent mouse that I have no complaints about. Might be a bit small for people with very large hands, but apart from gets my reccomendastion.

I've just noticed an inconsistency with the title and description on Amazon. One says 6 buttons and the other says 5. I count 6 including the scroll wheel - is that right?

Six buttons, but one is just the DPI switch so isn't used at all really. Maybe you can change it with additional software, but I wouldn't know (no official support at least according to the official site)
