Yeah these are what I originally wanted but oos.
Yes there is labour to pay for involved in doing a Click & Collect reservation, but no different to many other tasks performed in a shop and it's a guaranteed sale, plus upsell chance.

Whilst the high street has many other issues (parking, higher taxes than web only businesses), surely this is a hugely unnecessary barrier to purchasing. Customer service at its worst
I got mine from store, no click and collect for me, also I noticed few items gifts on 25 percent off marked price can I also apply student discount to this
I am sure there wasn't click and collect last year, it's like there all jumping on band wagon, well losing sales from me

There has been click and collect for many years, they didn’t used to have an over £10 minimum spend though.

Most click and collect isn't picked from store stock (as often they don't stock the items anyway in smaller stores), its delivered from the warehouse. Therefore they have similar costs to if they posted directly to you. A £10 minimum for free collection isn't unreasonable and its better than the £45 minimum for free delivery to your address!
these dont even smell nice
