Introducing the new and improved Quick Cup Deluxe from Tefal

Still enabling us to beat the boredom of waiting for a kettle to boil and saving just as much energy, the Quick Cup Deluxe serves hot (not boiling) or cool water on demand in only 3 SECONDS and uses only a third of the energy of an ordinary kettle - so a great time, energy and money saver.

Thanks to a unique "Opti-Quick" technology system (a patented innovation by Tefal), you don't need to pre-heat your water.
With the push of a button, the water is sent up the heating element in a spiral movement, heating it immediately as it travels.
This way, no energy is wasted on heating water you don't need, or boiling water you don't use.
In fact, Quick Cup provides an energy saving of up to 65% compared to a standard kettle, helping you to save on bills too.

mmm will it be any better than the last two offerings?

Got one of these before xmas for slightly more than this.
Its pretty good for coffee drinkers (as you shouldn't use boiling water).
No good for tea though, the water just isn't hot enough to get the bag brewing (as they say).
If you like your drinks really hot then avoid this, but if like me you tend to drink them warm to hot, then this is ideal.
It's definitely worth no more than this, and ideal if you have regular cups for one / two people throughout the day.
Be warned it is fairly noisey, in operation.
Hot at this price, but (pardon the pun) not everyones cup of tea!

if its a scorching cuppa you're after, try the Breville Wake Cup....boiling hot water/teasmade

bought one as xmas gift and very happy with it......no deals on as yet though!

Stay away from this.
I got one for £20 last year, so £36 isnt a great deal really.
When you press the button it sounds like a plane taking off. I threw it in the bin after about a month. Woke whole street up. Wasnt that mine was faulty, they are all the same.

And come on, they do look hideous !

would it be good for an older person tho just for coffee? and where can i get it for £20?
and np with the noise as shes deaf lol

Note these are graded, seconds returns etc. If you search the actual company they do get some bad reviews. I would stear clear.

Cold cheaper on Amazon £34 delivered from same company FIL by Amazon

Definately not very good for tea.

It's perfect for a "older" person but absolutely no good at all for a young Chav who asks daft questions! oO
