It's also worth considering the Cosori (£15 more) - amazon.co.uk/COS…F25 - because it comes with a stainless steel inner pot (it's healthier and didn't chip like the teflon coating) and a spare silicon gasket, plus it has the yoghurt function. The pressure levels are also adjustable.

6l capacity too, ideal for family meals!
Very poor reviews regarding instructions.
That's an appalling UI. Seriously, it's a pressure cooker, what controls do you need other than a timer and an on/off switch?

Well apparently it has 3 pressure settings and can work as a slow cooker as well. Not to mention browning and baking.

Please can anyone advise me on whether this one is better or PressureKingPro?

The equivalent size pressure king pro is currently £94.77 so nearly double the cost. Not sure if it’s better but would have to do a lot more to justify the cost.

Sometimes the PKP is also on offer. Main thing is which is better which I'd also like to know if anyone has experience.

Very poor reviews regarding instructions.

88% 4 star or above. There's always someone being megative.

What is megative?

Yes, the reviews are 4 star and above but the actual reviews themselves express concerns about operational issues due to poor instructions. My wife chose another model based upon the reviews expressing concern about the instructions as it is for her elderly mother.

Or do you just look at the stars and not read the actual reviews?

I always look at the starts.

Which is fair enough. I do too - but then I also check the comments. This doesn't make me a negative poster - it is alerting others.
It's a discussion community - are you really suggesting that it's not OK to post a negative comment based upon the reviews. Perhaps it is you that is the dumb ass.

Agree re the steel inner pot, but the Corsi also has a lot of negative comments.
This is a really good price for a pressure/multi cooker of this size. Does take a little while to get used to the method of pressure cooking as it is quite a different style of cooking so maybe that's part of the reason for the reviews on poor instructions. However with the popularity of Instant Pot there are lots of recipes online with comprehensive and easy to follow instructions.
Highly recommend a lot of the recipes here pressurecookrecipes.com/eas…es/
At £50, I decided to give it a try

Great price for one of these, and this one is feature-rich.
Actually this deal is so good I’ve ordered one to give as a Xmas present

I've had no issues with my Cosori … a lot of the negative comments are due to people not knowing how to use the appliance. Hip Pressure cooking school will teach you everything you need to know - hippressurecooking.com/pre…ol/
