The Tefal GT2038 Grinder is a versatile unit which can be used to grind all kinds of dry spices as well as Coffee beans. The Oval shape ensures a uniform even grinding whilst the twin cutting Stainless Steel blades whirl and chop the coffee beans/spices.

The Grinder has the capacity to grind 75g of Coffee beans, enough for 15 cups of Coffee. Also features a safety switch ensuring grinder will not work until the lid is locked in place.

sounds cheap enough although I'm probably going to buy a cheap burr grinder.

Must admit have a Burr grinder myself though paid £40 for it. Got this one for work don't mind at that price if everyone else uses it!

Forgot to say they had a Krups Burr grinder inside Home and Cook (got my one there last year) also but I can't remember the exact price it was around £34.99-£44.99 I'll be at the outlet next weekend again and if I remember I'll take a picture sure and post it.

Thanks.i may be passing on off these stores next week so i can take a look also.. ps keep your eye out for a Hario Skerton or Mini Mill for me also please

That's a very good price. I've been tracking these at Amazon for ages and finally bought one a few weeks ago when they went down to £16. As you say they're very rarely discounted.

These are perfectly good for grinding spices, which is all I use it for, and I'm sure are fine for coffee too, although maybe not up to burrs, but for this price who cares!

The burr is far better for coffee had mine about a year now although this cheap one is fine as a backup or for using in work like myself How much was the Burr out of interest as another person in the thread was looking a Burr and I couldn't remember how much it was at the weekend.

the burr was about 33 quid which is not far off the price I can get it on the internet. having read the reviews I will take this krups burr back and and look out for a cheap burr hand grinder. its noisey. messy. breaks. I'll keep the telfel chopper for now. PS I want a minimill but cost about £30 after import etc

Still plenty in Antrim. Just got myself one. Great find; thanks!
