Good deal from Debenhams.
Tefal Intuition Set of 5 - used to be £220, then £110 now only £66. Other places sell for £130 or more, e.g. House of Fraser.

This is my first post so hopefully you’ll find it useful

Keep your hair on! I wasn’t dissing the deal my point was that retailers quote more than often a highly inflated or original retail price ( Amazon are one of the worst for this ) to make it look like you’re getting a much higher percentage discount on the product you’re buying!!!
@psmith1958 - for your comment and the same from me too.

Personally, I prefer cast-iron but I am the sous-chef in our house so I don't really get a say. Having said that, we have this set of pans, didn't pay the headline price and think they are VFM.
I bought these last year from Debenhams around the same price. No way were they £220. The handles heat up and can burn your hands, this is a poor design. Wouldn’t buy them again.

I think it's more the aggressive language that rubs people up the wrong way.

What aggressive language?
Bad reviews for these everywhere, reduced for a reason and probably still too expensive.

Maybe it's acceptable to you, people have different scales of politeness.

Aah apologies if that’s how it came across

TBH, i think NATHANDRAKEUNCHARTED's initial remark came across as direct rather than aggressive. He's obviously a 'dude' who tells it like it is but i don't seem him in a career with the diplomatic service any time soon. Mind you, he was factually right in what he said. Let's call it a draw.

Care to share your source of bad reviews? From what I see, the reviews are generally very good and the only complaint seems to be the handles getting hot.

Odd, I couldn't find a single bad review other than people burning food or sticking food, who have obviously never used a non non stick pan.

I'm asking what the aggressive language is. I don't see it so enlighten me.
Awesome deal, I have a set, bought last year at a slightly lower price. They are great when you use the right amount of heat on them and easy to wash. For the price, definitely a bargain, but not worth £220. Definitely will be getting a second set. Thanks OP, HEAT
These are usually around the £100 mark so £66 is a very good price

If the pans are good quality, yes, they are worth paying that money for because they will last you years with good care. I have a set that cost me as much and a decade later they are still in top condition. Cookware is an investment, yes make the right investment but don't knock expense at face value.
To add... the weight distribution is off too. The handles outweigh the pot making them tip a lot (dangerous while on ring). And when emptying hot food from pots makes the food frazzle and spit out.
No longer available, unfortunately. Good deal though.
Canceled my bloody order, even though it read "sent to supplier" 😡
