Don't buy from argos, there service is bad, and they don't seem bothered anymore with their customer service.
Argos customer service is awful, don't understand why people go there if they have that many choices these days.

thats your own personal experience mate, they are pretty good but can't keep everyone happy
Argos has been good for me:-)

This is great value as the cheapest Tefal red spot frying pan has been £9.99 therefore this set is good value. HOT
don't have any issue with them...just bought few thing from them last 2-3 weeks. They called me to inform that 1 item is OOS..Then I return some of the items and already get my refund back last few days

Tell us more , i have never had a problem.

I was in there recently returning something and there was a couple in front who returned a vacuum cleaner full of dirt, no box and got there money back and it was over 1 month !
I've bought loads of things over the years and never had any problems. Heat from me!
I have never herd of argos having bad customer service, if anything they go out of there way to make customers happy. Recently had 2 different electric chainsaws from there and they couldn't have been more helpful when I took each of them back.
cheers
No matter how big or competitive Amazon is, the service that you can reserve something and collect within minutes is invaluable to me. Argos has saved my butt several times, when I have forgotten a birthday or anniversary present. I hope they remain profitable enough to continue to operate on the high street. Also I think they have done great job at staying competitive despite massive overheads as compared to Amazon or Play or other online retailers.

They were trialling a partnership with eBay whereby you can pick up your eBay items at your local Argos so if that goes well then hopefully. Though the concept of Argos really confuses foreign people new here.
Hot! - Reserved
Nice one OP.
Just a word of warning - we have some Tefal pots and pans and the handles look similar to these. The handles are very heavy compared to the pots / pans and easy topple on the hob, so just check these out for that problem when you buy them.
Purrrfect!

I went to buy this the other day and were told that i might get a substitute. Turned out they had tefal easy care 9piece in the box. They even said about getting substitution in the website. Might wanna check before you buy
yeahh...just collected mine...and they are mix with the 9pcs Easycare. Just make sure the box stated as '7pcs RED'
So is the easycare better than the red version? I'm confused oO
I just got these and I got confused with argos description as they mention a wok in it.

They seem good but the big pot seems a lot smaller than what I was expecting. Still a bargain if you ask me though.

I also went and bought some red stuff to match it
Good find.

They are almost same quality. A value series. The size, color and combination is different. Depend to your personal preference.

# btw..cheapest price for 9pcs easy care is £29.99

Hey that did help! However I'm still wondering if one of the pans is not the wrong size? The "bigger" one looks a lot smaller! Is yours like that one? It just seems like a deep pot in the pic and in fact mine is not much bigger than the "medium" one.

Thanks again!
Tip: When you buy the product, open the box while you're there. I just received the 9 piece black one, told them that's not what I ordered and the lady was very helpful and asked someone in the warehouse to search through the stack of frying pan boxes. They found the red one for me. The box is bigger in height so it's easier to find. Hope this helps someone.8)
now £44.95
it's almost 2 months now
Lol. I think it's around this price at Tesco atm but you don't get a couple of items in this description. Also, beware the big pot looks a lot smaller in real life!
