What's wrong with a pan?

Perfectly good with a pan , just need a small amount of skills to get in a routine of timing and temperature control. All these electrical and non electrical kitchen gadgets , can be an aid, take up an enormous amount of kitchen top and storage space in a modern kitchen which is small. So using muti-purpose implement is better for some, a pan is such a multi-purpose implement. Cooking rice in a stainless or ceramic pan is best for aroma and flavour when compared with a rice cooker. This is because you can slightly brown the rice in the bottom of the pan and gives the same charring smell like you get with bread browning. But attendance at the pan is essential to monitor the degree of browning using your smell so as to make sure rice is slightly browned in the bottom and not burnt.

I am absolute rubbish at doing rice in a pan, it never ever works out right, just turns into a pile of mush, no matter how many times i have tried, so this is ideal for me (_;)

Buy yourself a cheap Argos cookworks brand. Much better than one of these.. I had two of these and both broke in no time.. plus, burnt rice everytime. Been using cookworks and very happy with it
Just bought one, hope it is as good as the Argos one I've been using for the last 3 years oO
Good find!
Thanks, reserved one.
