Seems a decent deal for a net £50 for a full year after the giftcard - can anybody better it though?
Not as good as the Google home deal
Seems like a good deal but I'll hold out for when they offer £150 and a £100 card. That'll cover enough cheap whisky to make it bearable.
Telegraph Rewards - a supplemental subscription to the Daily Mail ???

Not a lot of point gungesh banging on about it now, then - unless he has a time machine!

I'd be delighted if somebody can come up with a better current deal than this one - I loathe the Torygraph's views as much as anyone, but the news content's pretty good, and well worth a pound a week, which is what this amounts to.
I got it on the Google home deal a while back, so was essentially free, it does have a lot of content, but most of it is written by and for gammon, especially the Brexit stuff.

Have subscribed, many thanks. Been looking for something like this as I read the telegraph daily. The £50 gift card will be handy towards new microwave I need

Take your point entirely on the by and for gammon. Decent financial coverage though and it counterbalances my Guardian reading.
This used to be 50£?
Good deal. Not sure why all the cold votes. Corbynistas?

Unlikely. Red-top readers probably.

Yeah I do check out both most days, two different world views completely. Shame the Independent just doesn't have the amount of content required, probably the most balanced, apart from the FT, The Times is also quite good considering it's ownership.

Unfortunately most of us like to belong to tribes and this leads to political and economic ping pong with resulting poor outcomes all round.

Just my opinion of course
