£45.99 for a pillow... cold from me just for that reason!

I ma guessing that people are voting this cold as they think that £46 is too much to pay for a pillow, we paid about £60 for these and we are poor but this was an excellent buy far better than the cheap option and removed much back and neck pain that I had suffered from for years overnight

£13.99 for one in the Range

None available in Edinburgh or Fife.

I agree we have the tempur pillows and mattress, excellent buy and not to be confused with cheaper and inferior foam. Hot from me. You can also get the VAT back too.

Can get these for £7.50 from a poundstretcher style shop in Nottingham Broadmarsh. Very nice pillows but not at £46

People are confusing memory foam with tempur. Poundstrecher don't sell tempur ones and never will please research the price of genuine tempur ones before silly comments

people say this is of doubtful value --like their claim that 100s of medics tested it in their adverts

People are voting cold purely because they will not pay this price for a pillow. You will always pay for quality and this is a good price. Heat given.

Would they also vote similarly on an upmarket car because you can get a Ford so much cheaper?

Does this include the Ford Focus ST330, if so please post a link

Not surprised if you are spending £45 a time on pillows....

What is silly about being able to get a very nice alternative for much cheaper?

If you can't see that a item has a 42.5% discount from rrp then what is your definition of a good deal? These pillows are the best memory foam pillows you can get and retail in department stores for around £80-90. If somebody posted a Bang and Olufsen tv reduced from £2000 to £1150 would you vote that cold to? Not that half you will of heard of B&O as they don't sell them in poundstretcher!!!

£46 for something with a 25% polyester cover. Hardly screams quality, does it? No chance.
:-(

I paid over £100 pounds for a tempur pillow several years ago. What sort of mug am I (_;) But there again, I don't grind my teeth rarely snore and never wake up with a sore neck anymore

Great price, my dad has back/neck problems and has not long paid £85 for one of these!! Makes a big difference and he's tried all sorts of cheaper memory foam pillows that don't work! You would pay £45 for good shoes if you have sore feet so what's wrong with paying £45 for a pillow for a sore back/neck?

its silly when you are comparing two totally different products,a ford focus is a great alternative to a rolls royce but you would not expect to pay the same ,understand now? ,tempur is regarded as the best out there unlike poundstretcher one.

I think you are failing to understand.... perhaps calm down, take a deep breathe and try and read the whole post before blowing a gasket.

I do take the point as I often have to tell people the difference between a £1000 bike and a £50 bike and between a £1500 DSLR and a normal camera. Can be frustrating.

What I was referring to was a very good pillow I had saw (not once did I knock anything about either this or the other pillow), knocked down from £30 apparently. I didn't knock the Tempur pillow and as I do not know of it, I will take your word they are better..... and if they are £100 new then this is a deal - shame this wasn't highlighted in the OP as i think HUKD community has already condemned this.

You can breathe again now. Chill

Why vote cold? This is a hot deal when compared to Tempur pillows in other stores. It's about time users of this site take a look at the actual HOT DEAL thats on offer, in this case a leading brand pillow that has a price tag of around £25 - £30 less than other retailers.

This is a HOT DEAL based upon price alone not a COLD DEAL based on opinion

Cheers OP, been looking at these for a while but would never pay £80. Always get best reviews. £46 for something you spend hours sleeping on and could last you years isn't expensive at all. Reserved last one near me. You can get a top quality 42" LCD TV for over a grand and picture quality will no doubt be excellent or a £300 supermarket one which will be the same size but nowhere near as good quality. Some people won't mind this and may not notice any difference.

Horses for courses

Collected mine this morning, feels good to me. Cheers again OP

Anyone know where theres one still available as all sold out near me. Cheers

Please would you let me know if there are any in the stores near you. Apparently there are only a few left and they can be located in the North and Scotland. Am waiting a response from Argos Customer Services.
Thank you.

That's some expensive ravioli
