Indeed, great price for the kit, it's over £10 elsewhere. On their Ebay store is £12.99 ..

If it's possible I'd advise you to get powerline adapters instead. My Xbox is in the attic and the wifi hub is two floors down and the internet was so weak, it kept dropping out which made doing the simplest tasks like watching YouTube videos unbearable. So I did some thorough research and decided to go for the TP link powerline kit. I didn't expect much but I was amazed at how it transformed the internet on my Xbox. I now get 70-90Mbps consistently with no dropouts and online gaming and watching YouTube videos in 4K is a breeze. Check it out

You get 2 adaptors and 2 ethernet cables. You connect one of the adaptors, using the ethernet cable provided, to the wifi hub and the other adaptor to the appliance you're using so in my case it was the Xbox. It basically gives you a wired connection instead of wireless and for me it has worked wonders. I got mine from Amazon for £40, worth every single penny.

Hi, how did you manage to get them send the engineer? I did online test and it says there is a problem and then refresh the page and take to to main page to do the test again. Did you chat. Call? Or book online? Thank you
