Also work out cheaper if you order another cheapo with it
to save on postage,as long as you keep your order to about 28$
thats about £17.20 so under the £18 limit and no duty to pay:thumbsup:

That no longer applies, the limit has been increased to £105 instead of the old £18 limit.

Had a $90 parcel arrive last month with no extra charges from either Royal Mail or HM Customs.

Have a read ]HERE about it.

Still have to pay VAT on anything over £18 though.

Also OP you need to include delivery costs in your deal price.

Deleted a perfectly good post yesterday because someone said it was still $28

Just an example of the saving, buy one title Terminator £5.74+£4.14 shipping=£9.88
or buy two of the same £11.88+£5.73 = £17.21 works out £8.60 each.

Then you got lucky. I've just been to my local sorting office where they've hit me with a £12 charge on goods costing £26 - most of the charge was their "handling fee" rather than VAT. I rejected the parcel and got them to send it back, as I'm pig headed like that. Fees still seem a bit random and seems to be dependent upon who is delivering the packet.

It depends on the dispatch service. General post gets overlooked, DHL for instance gets scrutinised.

+1

I was going to buy this the other day, got to checkout and found that the free delivery means youll get it in 18-36 days if i remember right. Otherwise you have to pay atleast a tenner in total to get it delivered a few days earlier.
