When were they ever £2?

I’d never pay more than a pound! Just sometimes the choc orange offers don’t include the dark variety so thought some people might be interested

It's not the big orange but you can get the minis packs like exploding candy and toffee crunch for a pound in poundland.

At least there seems to be more dark offers this year.

Any superficial damage?

Any sight of the popping candy ones?

Yes but still great value for money, especially if you compare it to other brands such as Cadbury and Nestle

Regular and dark both £1 in Wilko.

Dark £1 in Morrisons too.

These are in Poundland all year round...

Same in asda

One or two segments ok. More sickening. Which happens a lot. At least to me.

All the others had superficial damage. I paid for yours. All your segments are intact.

It started off as a review, then it just got really dark.

They are not terrys they are mine!!!!!!

Not as good as the 3 for £2 deal posted before. I still have plenty left over from then.

Reduced in quality and quantity (175g down to 157g) by Mondelez International; the same company which ruined Toblerone and Cadbury chocolate.

Not purchased one since they pulled that stunt and will not purchase one again.

Dear tesco please put toothbrushes for sale on display to buy in between the chocs on those shelves

Agreed, had the misfortune of eating one recently. Each segment is now indented so the whole orange feels shrivelled - no longer a satisfying thump when you hit it on something to open it. Chocolate itself was a bit more cloying and less agreeable. Another classic gone to the dogs......

Yeah its weard as they are the same American company as Cadburys but the yanks dont appear to of screwed with them too much other than making them smaller...

Can I add to this that I had a Terry's Chocolate Orange recently and while I was in the other room it made off with my Franklin Pocket Translator (which I had only purchased from Argos three days prior) and £50 of cash which I had hidden in my sock drawer, ostensibly for a rainy day.

I never had this happen before Mondelez bought them out.

They also used to be so big that one Christmas one fell off the chess table at my mum's and landed on my Uncle Trevor's foot, breaking it in two places and leading to extensive surgery that still affects him today, and led to him retiring from the pub badminton team.

He's still emotionally affected by it, and is probably quite thankful for the reduced size from a conscientious perspective. He can't even be in the same room as one now due to the PTSD.

Voted hot.

32474975-igGnG.jpgWell they were when I looked this morning

All flavours £1 in morrisons

Have they been stored below ambient temperature? Otherwise they just congeal in to a cricket ball...

Wow, in Canada these cost about $5 each, or about £3.20. A month or so ago they were like 3 for 2$ at Tesco so i ordered but they had no stock and substituted some other orange chocolate. Might have to stock up before i head back for Xmas!

Are we sure they are not shop soiled?

Isn't this diabetes in a box?

My local Sainsbury's does the normal ones and sometimes these for £1
