Thanks for posting, they were unavailable last night so thought they may have been going to change it.
Got some today, lovely steamed and eaten with butter and black pepper.
Just beware - One of the worst veg for the environment if not from UK as they always have to be flown due to perishable nature.
any saw tips?

Peru, so a fair few miles clocked..Granted it is not good for the environment but not sure how it is any worse for the environment than any other veg that is flown and there are plenty of them, or a tin of corned beef from Brazil that has come from a deforested field and burping cows?

Didn't I hear recently that it's Elton John providing his private jets to fly fruit and veg from Brazil ?

Quite a lot of food is actually able to be transported by boat which is significantly better e.g. bananas. Asparagus, and fruit like blueberries are particularly bad due to transport, growing methods etc.

Recommend reading 'How bad are bananas? the carbon footprint of everything'. (Bananas are amazing really)

What we really need is packaging info to include est. CO2 emissions or method of transport.

With you on the packaging co2 info, even better still tax it the same way they did with sugar! They would soon reduce the bloody stuff!
