5.50 a kilo if you buy fresh from counter.

I just brought the whole salmon , But once you get the fish monger to remove the head and debone it, you loose a third off the weight so It ends up at £7.33 a kilo filleted , so a fully prepared side at £7.5 a kilo is not a lot more and a so much more convenient - deal! They usually charge you for the weight of the whole fish (ie the head , bones etc ) - so looks like your one made a mistake - lucky for you, but this is not the case normally!

Is the head and tail included in the price or do they weigh it after so you only pay for the meat you’re getting?

Got a relation working on the fish counter?

As has been said it's probably a misinterpretation by the counter operative!
Is this online too? Can’t seem to see it on the website?
Boneless chicken ranch, anyone?
Seems like a national deal.
What a scorching bargain!

Read the rest of the comments. That offer doesn't exist. When you buy a whole fish and ask a fishmonger to fillet it for you they don't chuck in some free extra fillets to make up for the wastage. The fish is priced up before it's filleted.
