Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. Instructions: Temperature: 190, 170, 5
Time: 35 mins
Pre-heat oven. Place on a baking tray and brush lightly with oil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Chilled: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 35 mins

Microwave
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

    What's your take on frozen chicken breast fillets?, as they are roughly £4 per kg.

    The butchers choice frozen breasts are awful. Lose around 50% of their weight during cooking and lots of milky water in the pan.

    If you like chicken thighs and drumsticks, then these are great value.
    I find them available instore, and usually pay around £2.62 for the 2kg pack.
    Have a good rifle through the packs as they do vary.
    Some have a lot of drumsticks, others a lot of more thighs.
