I was doing my online shopping and came across this.
Added it to my basket to check and sure enough it said that it was only £1.75!
Bearing in mind the small chicken 0.99kg is £3.19, and this is more than double the size for nearly half the price, you can see what a good deal it is.
It says that the offer is available until 16/9/14.

I'm not sure if this is available nationwide, but hopefully it'll help someone.

missleading

*sigh*They're all £1.75 per kg.

Except that "the small chicken 0.99kg is £3.19"

Well apologies.
This looks like it's saying quite clearly that it's costing me £1.75.
It does not say anywhere on here about it being per kg.

chickens are priced individually (by weight) and when you receive it your invoice will show the full price which is on the specific chicken you get

Fair play, it does look like its costs £1.75 for a xl chicken, or should I get my eyes tested?

I just put some in my basket... and it clearly says that my 10 chickens are costing me 49.25..... Yes, it does say 1.75, but when adding to basket and paying it says something completely opposite!!!

When you click on the item, it says 1.75... but then it gives you the choice of sizes... a 2.2KG is 3.75p and and a 2.75 is 4.73 meaning it is actually 1.75 a kilo... not per piece

if they were priced instore like that and clearly showing 1.75 you surely should get double difference back as it clearly says 1.75 not per kg

wsll I woulf ve inclined to agree. it does like the chicken is 1.75. and alot of chickens are just priced now with an average weight like above. if it doesnt come in at that price I would certainly question ot x

How much water will it lose whilst cooking. I can only imagine the shrinkage! Heat for the price.

It says "you've qualified for £1.75", but then gives the price for £1.75 per kilo, not £1.75!!!

Bought one this morning in store £1.75 per kilo, £4.01 for the bird, good value compared to others on the shelf.

Not free range cold!
