Good value

good deal, cheers OP

Cheap but blade grinders aren't very good to grind beans properly a burr grinder is needed to get full flavour of the beans

yea but when you're just starting out (like my OH) and can't afford a bean to cup machine or a top model grinder then this works

Had no complaints so far and, lets just say, he can be a little fussy!!!

Agreed. Thanks to a recommendation I picked up here, I bought a Hario MSS-1B (£18.50 via Flubit) and I'm loving it. Could be a placebo effect, but it seems to me with this and a cafetière I get better coffee than with my grind & brew (which is really chop and brew) machine.

Good choice.
A decent hand grinder will provide better results than any budget electric grinder.
Definitely not placebo.

You should have boosted that voucher and buy something else for 50p from the selected departments and get both for free...

I bought this grinder 1 months ago on tesco direct for 9.50. I love it. I don't grind beans but almond, porridge, other nuts. Great quality.
