Found at Tesco Extra, Barnsley Stairfoot.

Still £14 online at the link below, but there were many on the shelf with a shelf edge price of £7. This is a blade grinder, probably not suitable for an espresso grind, but what do you expect for £7?!

I've used a blade grinder for espresso for years. Well worth £7.

Definitely easier on the elbows than the usual pestle and mortar way for grinding spices! £7 is really good price if they are available nationwide, although there has NEVER been any of the megga reductions or price cuts in any of the Tesco's where I live, v.annoying!
