I do a lot of building work and at this price for a l-ion drill, I bought 3 as it's normally £35 minimum. Thought I would share.

Thanks for the heads up - bought one.

Thank you, ordered 1

Not brilliant but I've got three similar. Use one for pilot holes, one to bore out and a third to drive the screws in. Much quicker than changing bits

3 - 5 hour charging time puts me off.

What drill bits are recommended for this drill?

ADD £14.01 if you live in Northern Ireland, I imagine similar if you live further out in the UK

If you're asking that, do you think you should be drilling holes in stuff?

Thanks tdogg, brought one.

need it for house work only. not a pro or a builder

40 sold since i posted last night. Still plenty of stock by the look of it.

so tdogg, how good is it then compared to other drills?

You're costing me a fortune; just bought another; Thanks though !

The Batterys got to be worth the price !

There's no comparison between this and a Makita. Think Hyundai versus Mercedes. These are probably fine for the odd bit of DIY but will be nowhere near the quality of a Makita. Bosch is a better DIY brand though they aren't as good as they used to be.

It will not do a good job of concrete or brick. If it does do it expect to have you charge. the batteries after each hole.

Translation into English anyone

If any of you are into car detailing, this would make a good sun-gun / swirl spotter.

£14.01 P&P!!! What is it packed in, fivers?

Had one for ages and love it, great purchase at full price. Have a makita too, as a DIY'er I was impressed and use it for the messier stuff.
