Not a bad lunch for a quid, get a couple of rolls to go with it.

great...thanks

Are these nice?

Lately creamy soups have put me off because often they taste bland and sickly.. but I like Diabeticguy's idea

i like them - we often have them for lunch they are really nice

Didnt like the carrot and coriander one but the creamy vegetable one is good. Although they need to reduce the salt content on it, great price.

It's the ones in cartons (imitation of Covent garden ones) , not plastic tubs as picture! Vegetable one OK but very bland background full of thickeners. Worth 80p though.

Made carrot and coriander soup for the first time ever this weekend - tasted good and cost less than £2 (inc cost of gas/electric) to make over 2kg in cooked weight.

Was quite easy and it's frozen in lunch portions now.

Also did the same for butternut squash, that was a little more in cost though/

Either way, tastes great and none of the crap gets put in.

I had carrot and coriander when it was £1. It was absolutely disgusting, as the stock is water based it is not nice at all. May be worth putting a chicken stock cube or something into it to reduce its blandness.

Hot price.

How healthy is this kind of soup? Thanks.
