Great price for a fryer of this size - thanks OP.

Like this review, "Buy one and if you don1t like it give it away for Christmas - the recipient will think that you have been very generous."

Am gonna go one better than that, gonna keep this one and give our used one away for Christmas!

it must cost more to fill it with oil than what it costs!

very good deal

Same price in-store without having to do the click and collect business.

Our local Tescos were doing a 2x 5 litre bottle of oil deal for £10 for quite a while... probably worth checking if it's still on

Try not to spit out your foie gras in surprise but even top restaurants fry food, there's more to it than chips. But you'd know that being such a fine food connoisseur right?

I have one of these and as fryers go it's good and quite easy to clean

Great for burning the house down.

wow, so many fatties.

Looks like the ghost trap they use on ghost busters

TY Dennissabre snapped one up. Our current fryer has got to the uncleanable stage. Nice pic of your wife there 2 on your avatar.

Quality repost!!

I very almost bought one, got to the payment page but then remembered how much of a mess they make in time, having to wash the walls down because of all the skank they create. Good deal all the same though.

Nice one. Picking up in store along with the batter mix & a multi pack of Mars bars!

The problem with this type of fryer, is you normally have to run them with the lid off, so fatty steam gets everywhere.

If you can run it under an extractor fan, that might be ok for you. But personally, I'd prefer a sealed fryer with an smell filer and an oil filter. And preferably one that can be lowered with the lid on, so you don't get spitting fat everywhere.

Sizzling deal

Its almost like some people on this thread ie ...."For Tesco Shoppers"... never let chips pass their mouths .......Probably a Lidl Under Manager......Heated up to 190c...........Bring on the Brie deep fried.......;)

for a tenner?

Luv ma foking chips BTW

Had a £4 voucher so nice deal. Will go into storage for when our current fryer lies down.
Thanks

good fryer I have this, only issue I have is you have to use with the lid off, and you get the tiny oil splatters. Tbh if you only fry chips (i.e no meat) I don't think there is much of a stink from the hot oil - and of course the oil doesn't go dark and horrible with potatoes only.

damn! wanted to order one but out of stock and back up to full price.
