Doesn't seem to be available online. End of line so may not be available in all stores. Had quite a few in Yeovil today. Originally £3.99.

I bought some, sell by is August 2011, use by is November 2011. I was also under the impression that it's now illegal to sell things past their sell by.

Good for the people of Yeovil, I was not knocking, I just doubt Tesco would make such an offer given the price they have been charging around the rest of the country has doubled in the space of one month.

Given the sell by perhaps you should have mentioned it is froozen!

these were reduced here in Aberdeen a few weeks ago to 1.99, now long gone so never got down to 99p. worth a look in your local just to see, but probably not worth a special trip.

Cool, will look if I'm in there

had these at this price at tesco seacroft but sold out.also had frozen lamb loin chops for 87p a bag down from £3.50 but also sold out.you have to be lucky to get these bargains .

errr, has been illegal for quite a while I would have thought

I'm sure it's long gone everywhere, anybody with the smallest brain would take like 10-15 bags, and throw it into the freezer.

We bought a bag of frozen chicken breasts once. Once was enough - they were horrible!

we got loads of these price £1.97 a few weeks back. the were rtc to have now been discounted and not restocked. galareho, i know what you mean about frozen chicken but these one taste just like the fresh ones you freeze yourself. believe me i know, as myself would never buy any other frozen chicken after my experience e.g. the lakeland ones on half price. you need to look at the ingredients list which will have the cocktail for the injected solution to bulk em up whereas the healthy living ones are pure chicken nothing else

will take a look

err, that would be the USE BY date. Sell by is a manufacturer's coding system that means nothing wrt freshness of the food.
You can also sell something past its BEST BEFORE date too. If it is off then the retailer commits an offence.
