This variety is a bargain at £1.50 for a Kg, all other varieties appear to be the same price for a 500g pack. I found mine in the King's Lynn Hardwick store.

Yeah. I'm sure it's delicious but that's twice as much as Cornflakes and knocking on coco pops level of sugar. My diet says I have to skip unfortunately.
    Also £1.39 at Aldi.

I believe there's too much hysteria about sugar levels these days. I was diagnosed type 2 diabetic 2 years ago and my measured HbA1c levels have consistently dropped since then, controlled by diet alone, and yes, I do enjoy a bowl of granola-type cereal every now and again. It's just a question of being sensible.
Beenbuying this for a year now, can't believe they've kept it at this price.

Just grabbed a bag from my local, seems to be ticketed up with their usual white ticket

I'm sure we add sugar to cornflakes. Otherwise it's pretty bland.
Out of interest, why don't breakfast cereal makers start adding artifical sweetners and reducing sugar content in cereals?
They then can market this new cereal, as a healtheir option, while being equally tasty.

I know that reducing sugar has been done in some soft drinks and these drinks are being marketed as "low in sugar".
