The op literally paid £189 for the bundle of Xbox Fortnite plus red dead. Please make the changes as this is highly misleading.

Me too, misleading title me thinks.

Trust me it's 139.
The 50 that's added is then taken off is showing as cash for some reason.
I paid 159 off my card and walked away with a xbox one bundle
Red dead2
And £20 in my pocket for my lunch.

Receipt is confusing I agree.

I don't see why the receipt would say £20 cash back, surely it would just show the £20 as a discount and not cash back, something does not seem right here.

I am thinking the console was £189, he has paid £159 on on card as stated on recipt and £50 cash hence the £20 cash back making the console £189.

If the seller has been so misleading he should be BANNED from here. There will be people drive into many miles and paying parking etc on a wild goose chase. Thus site is supposed to help save money not make you waste it. (edited)

I went to my local Tesco and we worked out what happened. Essentially the OP had the planets align. First he was in a store with RDR2 advertised as free with a Fortnite console. Second due to a Tesco glitch, the console bundle scanned for £139 early. I suspect the combined deal with RDR2 will cease at midnight. He rightfully pointed out the oversight and a manager overrode the 50 quid charge for the game. He was very fortunate as I said. Tesco customer service at my store said the manager made an error as it will still show as being in stock. He/she should have done so as a reduction.

Some of the comments on here by too many are bloody embarrassing.

The amount of people on here who can't do basic maths or read a receipt...

£139 + £50 = £189.
Less £50 cash paid = £139
Plus £20 Cashback = £159 (paid on visa)

Your Mrs paid £209 total (£50 cash and £159 via debit card), so after £20 cashback the price is £189.....

Got them to scan bundle, scanned at £139 and RDR2 for free. They did have to do some sorting as till didn’t automatically deduct game. So give OP a rest it is a deal. Massive heat from here. (edited)

This thread is the whole reason I stopped using hukd and posting threads. Good look to the OP, he got lucky and shared it thinking it would benefit other people but all he’s had since is nasty comments and idiots phoning Tesco managers and head office to complain. Whatever happened to sharing deals and mis-prices?? Sour grapes I presume, if I can’t get the deal I’m gonna make damn sure Tesco know about it and nobody else can get it either. Idiots!!!

This is brilliant! I can't believe how confused and angry people are getting.
So many people accusing the poster of lying about a few quid off some tat from Tesco. I didn't see why anyone would even think someone would make up a fake deal, but now I've seen all the reactions I think I might start posting some fake deals myself. Such good entertainment.

Basically it looks like they've accidentally advertised 2 deals that weren't supposed to overlap so have had to fudge it to get it through the tills.

Alarm set for 4:30am. All those that say this starts at 5am better be right or I'm driving to your house & waking you up at silly o'clock for the next week
