Silly question, I have a delivery already booked for Weds, would I get this at half price still if added to my basket now?
You should do as they pick and scan the products on the day of a delivery, if the price is different when delivered, give it back to the delivery driver as an unwanted product and they will refund.

Shoulder cuts of all meats are generally much fattier, but also the meat is more tender.

Best results I get is to to trim most visible fat off before seasoning (salt, black pepper, garlic, turmeric, touch of chilli powder and rosemary) then cover in the roasting tin with baking paper or foil to keep moisture in during cooking. Take cover off for final 10 mins if you like a crisper outside to your joint.

Just been in my local one not half price yet.
Stick it in the slow cooker for 8 hours on low ( sear it in frying pan first) ...the most tender flavoursome meat known to man
