Just another marketing scam that makes you think you need something that you don't. Simply playing on people's obsession with germs. Somehow society has coped for decades with just laundry detergent, but now it seems that isn't enough. Save yourself £2.50 and don't bother!

​I dry all my cloths on a fold up airer. sometimes in the winter it can take my clothes a few days to dry through. I have used the dettol brand for the past few months and find my clothes never smell of damp even when airing in a room for a few days. I think if you use a dryer then you won't get the full benefit.
