Was just in Tesco shopping and picked up an electronics leaflet, seen they have a Logitech EX110 Wireless Desk Set, which includes a wireless mouse for only £11.99 - reduced from £24.97

Seems like a good deal, Logitech are a pretty good make & the next cheapest I can find online is £20ish

Had a look for the deal online and it's not on the Tesco website, but if your instore it's in the Back To School offers so I'm sure it's Nationwide.

EDIT: They also have Logitech speakers, model LS112.0 for only £9.47 - probably not the best quality, but good if your looking for some for holiday or something might do the trick.

(>> Thats the model in the pic)

Found at Tesco Metro: Manchester today 26/08/09 in the reductions area for £8.99 yellow stickered.

Snatched one from the Peterborough store last night. and it rang up at £16.97 also, still a bargain though so not fussed.

For info this is the type with a desktop Tx/Rx module on the end of a cable, rather than a bluetooth one.

Saw this in my local Tesco too yesterday for £16.97

Edit: PC World online and instore for £11.99 pcworld.co.uk/mar…331

Update 27.08.09: my local Tesco down to £11.99 too now

What's the mouse like on batteries? I have a Dell one which goes for best part of a year on 1 set of AAAs and a 'pcline' which eats them in a month. :-/

Available at Staples in Derby for £11.99

She clearly said radiation - not radioactivity. The terms are not dichotomous but one is a subset of the other since one refers to emission of ionised particles which is radiated. Human sensitivity to electromagnetic radiation can occur. No need to ridicule others, especially if you don't understand exactly what you are saying.

I won't ridicule you but radioactivity is not always just the radiation of particles. Gamma radiations is electromagnetic radiation. also the particles are not usually ionised but are usually the result of unstable nucleii giving rise to nuclear transformations / disintigrations.:whistling:

Precisely, but radiation is NOT limited to radioactivity. EM radiation from wireless keyboard has no relation to radioactive decay. Subject over.

Oh the particles released are ionising!

Havn't you both said the same thing? Whats the difference

I actually realised I said ionised rather than ionising which is quite fundamental. Nevertheless, wireless keyboards are not radioactive. End of matter.

Interesting, Fortunately I still have all the markings on my keyboard even though it's had lots of usage. Used to use it on an old Dell pc and been using it on it's replacement for last 18+ months. I gave up using AA rechargeable batteries for the mouse as thy didn't last as long as the Duracell + (2 AA) tend to last nearly 3 months, depending on use. I change the 3 AAA batteries in the keyboard less frequently than the mouse.

Charlie Brown

Ayr had these (at £11.99) in a big display with other Logitech stuff - speakers, LX6 wireless mouse, nano mouse & web cam.

I say had - I got the last one!! :-D

Good spot OP

Cheers, so it looks like my Dell is much better than average then and the PCline is typical; I'll stop moaning about the latter then!

Tesco Extra Beaumont Leys (Leicester) still had a few left today.

Got mine for £10.19 by taking a printout from Tesco's website to Curry's and they 110% price-matching it, result.

Finally back online at this price
