Please guys don't buy this refined nasty stuff it' cheap for a reason I recommend chaki atta.
Works well in the breadmaker for a wholemeal loaf although I usually sift out the small amount of coarser bran fragments.
Most people buy cheapest foods available then they get health problems when NHS can't help them they go to herbalist and spend from 50 pound a week or 100... don't you think it's more wise spending more money on natural foods... they cost more for a reason and are more healthy for you.

So what flour would you recommend for roti then? Im quite happy with this. Makes soft rotis.
I got this one the last time it was on offer for the same price and like it : tesco.com/gro…254
I like it and will pick up some more now it's on offer again.
It's ground whole grain, basic is best!
Chakki atta basically you need flour that has nearly 100% of the grain in it. Every time you go shopping ask your self why is it sooo cheap and why are some soo expensive..
If your buying this flour you can mix chakki flour in... so at least you are getting the benefits of whole grain...
