And a handy thing to know, if you choose to add a cap to your contract (Min. £2.50 buffer) they don't credit check you! The cap just covers you if you use any usage up and once the buffer is used you cannot accrue further charges, so really good for kids/teenagers as there's no unexpected bills!

If you have more than one contract (Sim only or mobile) on your account you can get extra minutes/data/texts for you and the other sim, I did this for mysefl and my partner

Oh and on the cash back side, you can do CB via Quidco BUT you can only do it ONCE per account, if you want to add another sim/mobile you can go through TCB and you will receive CB on a current customer account.

wtf
I ordered one today at 3!!
how is this possible!?
can I cancel?

on a similar subject, Whats happened to the mega sim deal thread ?

Unbelievable. I ordered a 'freedom 0' sim on march 7th, activated and requested a number transfer yesterday and at 6pm today my number on ovivo was working. Then I read the post and i'm gobsmacked. Ovivo network already closed. Now I have too request a PAC code for a number I never used on Ovivo. All for £20 plus any cashback I've will not see. Uhhhh

possibly or just contact your bank to claim the money back, explaining Ovivo have gone bust and see if they can/ willing to refund it...

All the posters who ordered a sim recently should phone their banks and dispute the charge. Thats what I did and got it sorted.

I bet all the Ovivo deals on HUKD recently have been posted by Ovivo staff.

I reckon I had a active number on a network ( Ovivo ) for less than 30mins. Has to be an unenviable record

Oh crap .. Just ported into them yesterday too.

Better get a PAC code and speak to my bank too

I think I am even more gutted that I had to learn this from a Tesco deal lol. That and my Mum messaging in me a panic because her phone couldn't make calls at the same time.

I am lucky, due to upgrade next week and was going to go with ovivo. I feel like neo from the matrix. Gutted as my son is with Them

hmmm, i did think the cashback offering was a bit strange on a deal that was too good to be true (and now is).

i managed to get 6mths+ for £15 (+ in £6 referals) for using Ovivo, was looking into topping-up a few weeks back but couldn't justify having credit just sitting there, in the off chance things turned sour

all in all Ovivo worked almost flawlessly for £15 and saved me a few £'s compare to what i was paying, but all good things come to an end...:(

I have had one in my tablet for ages for 15 quid and was very happy.

Can you port your number to this Tesco deal?

I have been with tesco mobile for over a year and a half. Got three sims in total. Brilliant. Never had any problems. Great network. The customer service is the best. Puts EE and orange to shame
