Tesco are currently offering free mobile insurance for 12 month on all of their S3 deals excluding their own network

I have posted this as £31 as the cheapest pay monthly I can find is on Orange with a free phone :

phone-shop.tesco.com/mob…6a6

please note the £75 excess still applies but I think this is awesome for anyone looking to get an S3!

DONT FORGET £35 CASHBACK!

I wasn't sure sorry ... Just thought it would be better here for people looking for a new mobile deal as they wouldn't tend to look in the Freebies section

Actually - I'm not sure either as you have buy the phone to qualify for the free insurance
Excellent find op and thanks for sharing

As the S3 is made from flimsy plastic insurance is a must imo

Check out THIS LINK to see how poorly it performs in a drop test.

So the message is don't drop your phone? Well duhhh...
It's not really "free" insurance as the price you pay sort of includes the cost of it, but its definitely not bad value.

Closest I could get was £429.99 (handset, Expansys) + £119.76 (24 months insurance at £4.99/month, mygadgetbuddy.com) + £240 (250 mins, unltd texts, unltd data at £10/month, giffgaff) = £788.76.

And OP mentions £35 cashback... So yeah, not bad. Heat added.

The Tesco insurance is only for the first 12 months so if you had to pay the next 12 months at £4.99 for the insurance then your deal works out just a bit better!

Haha cold for free insurance? You can say it's not free but when you're getting the same deal from Tesco that you'd be getting from cpw and phones4u but with FREE insurance instead of their ridiculously expensive alternative then yes it's FREE and a good deal.

Also ewen1605 thanks for pointing out that insurance company they actually seem pretty decent... Have you ever made a claim with them?
