Normal price.

rrp deal, well done op also, its been posted to death!

probably the best deal for a 16gb but this is standard price everywhere.

annoying that 16gb is nearly half as much again as the 8gb, which I know wont be enough storage for me.

I don't think a 16GB would be much use to me either even if I kept all video off of it.

Glad I got mine before Xmas. This price hike is silly!

still a bargain for a great phone btw

Shouldn't be this cold. Once upon a time it was cheaper but those deals have gone. Its still a great price for the 16GB (as no £10 top-up required I believe). Cheaper to buy this and pay a couple of quid for an unlock code than a sim free one for c.£159.

i think it's the price gap that's putting off some people - it's certainly stopping me upgrade as while this still seems one of the best smartphones under £200 the 8gb (5gb effective) i'd fill in no time updating apps before any media and the the 16gig is £40 more for +8gb storage.

i have had a thorough hunt around this last couple of weeks and this is the best 16gb deal - only others worth mentioning are tesco mobile £12.50 for 24 months no upfront (£120 for phone effectively) or phones4u £140 unlocked with quite a few simo 12month contracts (inc.t-mobile £8 option) or payg. this deal doesn't seem to require any top-up purchase so remains cheapest outright but frankly i'd rather pay £140+£10 topup at phones4u for a factory unlocked model - £8 more for no warranty worries and i'm sure you can find an use for the credit.

Does anyone know the in store price for an Orange upgrade on the 16Gb model at phones4u please (PAYG)?
