Apologies, I just realised that this post is running concurrently with yours. If your happy for it to stay live, that's great. Just let me know if I should close the post.
I'll give this a go as it's more than I get now for less money and I'm having to dial into works calls. Thanks OP.

Quidco has reduced to £80 for 17.50 and above. Comparable to the possible £90 on this deal, quidco is now only offering £60.

You’ve misunderstood. They guarantee to beat top cashback or you get double the difference. Therefore you get the £30 difference, doubled, making total cashback £120

Yes it tracked for me too after about 10 minutes. Good luck. What did it for me was the roaming in Europe, when we do get around to being able to go abroad. Plus, I have found Tesco customer services to be very good when I was with them a few years ago.
Anyone know if there is stopping me doing this twice and moving my partners sim across to create a family plan?

Maybe if you have a separate cashback account. Me and the Mrs have one separate. I recommended her and got the recommendation fee lol. Then you can apply for another one, and get family perks..... 😜

If that works, the 12 month contract is effectively £2 per month!!!!!!
If you are a Tesco Clubcard Plus subscriber (£7.99 a month) you will also get double the data allowance.

Yes but it will probably invalidate the cash back claim

Highly likely, yes. Normally any other discount added that isn't recognised by TCB will invalidate the cashback.
Maybe you could apply for it once cashback is paid out.

Text DEAL to 67600 if you work for Tesco
Hi
If I already have a sim only deal with tesco and then sign up to another 12 month contract is that classed as an upgrade or a new contract ?
As it says on TCB NOT WITH UPGRADES
Thanks
Yes, it's cheap. And I stayed with Tesco for years for that reason. But I switched to EE and the difference is insane. I now have a 4g signal that is usable and doesn't struggle to buffer podcasts.

If you already have an account at tm and want to get this deal, first you'll obviously either need to be out of contract or pay off the remainder of your contract, you could then set up this simo as a brand new sim only contract going through tpc and hopefully getting your £90, then if you wanted to keep your phone number, you'd have to request something called a pay monthly to pay monthly transfer, I imagine over the phone although with the current scenario, could be interesting, however I'm sure there's other customer support routes they've put in. If you do manage to get through to someone that can do that, your number would jump from your old sim only to your new sim only within 24hrs
Looks like a 4G tariff despite the blurb above for 5G. When you click around on the site their 5G tariffs are quoted at a different price (5GB for £15). Compared with the recent O2 Disney offer which gives you the option of choosing a 4G or 5G sim.

Heat for the deal though.

Now i remember why this site is dangerous! Had a spare phone so had to purchase this deal
Do they have unused data roll over?
Edited by: "smartdeals123" 6th Apr
Did this a couple of months ago (posted it here). £100 tcb confirmed, I'm just waiting for the payout.

Tesco signal is much better than ee in some places, worse in others.

Only thing that is lacking is WiFi calling.
Useless Network
Useless Tesco "Customer Service Advisors".
I was once with Tesco years ago on a phone contract, persistently the phone reception would immediatly drop and end any calls. This happened indoors and outdoors, despite not being in a remote location of any sort.
Instore the "only" soloution, the Tesco "technical" staff ever had was to "sim swap" which happened several times during my contract.
Eventually the "technical" team suggested they would test my handset. I followed their instructions and sent them my handset via their pre-paid envelope.
1 week later they sent back my handset without a soloution or fix.
I contacted them regarding this and apparently they had been trying to contact me on my Tesco mobile number that was outside the handset! They were trying to contact me, in regards to what was wrong with the handset over the phone again!?!
How professional, bunch of idiots that had been contacted in store and by phone to already have explained the problem.
I told "Customer Services" that they had all my contact details, including my email address. Also I made clear to all persons involved that I was removing my sim from the handset whilst sending it in. I was advised by "Customer Services" to send the handset in again to them!
Bunch of cowboys!
I was glad when the phone contract was over.
The Tesco Mobile contract had given me nothing but frustration, headache and waste of my time. Not to mention the number of times not being able to communicate with friends/ family due to lack of service.
On the day I went in store to cancel my contract after the required period.
I was shocked and amused that the Tesco Mobile man I had dealt with on numerous occasions was offering a "sim swap" to another customer with similar reception problems to mine. I couldn't help myself and burst out laughing. He said "whats funny". I said "is that what you always do, swim/swap for every single customer?". His face dropped and he had no answer.

Don't be taken in by Tesco Mobile cheap contracts.
They are a absoloutely useless company tying up innocent customers in long contracts for their money.
Bunch of time wasting cowboys.
Avoid Tesco Mobile like the plague!

I submitted the quidco highest cashback guarantee few weeks ago, tcb had £90 quidco only £60, total should receive £120 after their double the difference offer. It has tracked so giving it 6 months to pAy out.
Thanks for posting. Very good deal

Same here. Been on Tesco mobile for about 7 years now and never had any issues with customer service. In fact they have the least Ofcom complaints of any provider.

Also their network is O2. My husband is on O2 and I always have more bars showing on my phone. Phones can deter reception quality but in my person experience, never had any issues unless it's a whole system issue (once from memory that I've experienced).
