Is the actual photo quality good, I've used boots in the past for large photos and been very disappointed at the colour and pixelation

That would be down to you and the quality of your camera and photo skills not the developer!

Is there a free postage code? I know there is free click and collect, but only for specific Tescos

Good deal - thank you. And nice one Cpotey too!

I use a Sony A5100 which is 24MP. If the picture looks sharp zoomed in to 100% it looks great at 20" x 30". Not tried any bigger. I did find pictures taken in a darker setting like at night look very slightly darker than expected from the computer screen. Certainly nothing decent lighting in the room or on the picture itself wouldn't fix.

Does anyone know if these prints come with tesco branding on the back of them or are they plain?

which way round do you plan on framing them ?

If I was selling a poster for a decent amount of money I wouldn't want Tesco printed on the back of them.

Yes that's exactly the point thanks LondonLass!

There is no Tesco branding. They come in cardboard tubes with a little tissue at each end to prevent damage. I believe they are actually Max Spielmann operating within Tesco stores.

Any idea where to buy the poster frames from ? (obviously cheap ones)

Ikea normally have very good frames at very reasonable prices.

Difficulty seems to be getting frames that match the size of the prints. Ikea do frames that have mounts which let you reasonably fit in a 20"x30" (in their 70cmx100cm frame about £16) and 16"x20" (in their 50x70cm frame about £12). You end up losing a bit of the picture though.

what resolution is required for a 30"X40" poster to look okay?

will 2592 x 3456 do?

Those complaining of inaccurate prints when compared to the image on your monitor really need to invest in a monitor calibrater. You stand no chance otherwise.

thanks op

great discount, seriously other website rip the living daylight out of people's pockets. Go tesco.

Picked up my order from local tesco today, looks like good quality. I'll be looking out for this offer coming around again!
