    I can't get my head around £2 for a tube of Pringles... 100% inflation in 2 years... We used to buy them all the time but now rarely ever. Plus some shops are £1.85 but they're 165g tubes not the ones tesco etc has for £2 which are 200g.

    Apologies, I obviously needed a little Friday morning Pringles rant

    Getting them for free I can definitely get behind though (Not that I've got any idea what checkout smart is) (edited)

    Checkoutsmart is a Cashback app which gives Cashback on specific products e.g. say 60p back on a £1 item or occasionally, as with these Pringles Multigrain, the item is free after Cashback. The offer will always state what store to purchase it from and is time limited.

    Hurrah - I've got the offer in my CheckOutSmart!

    Now, wonder if Tesco actually stocks them near me (ended badly in the past) - agree that £2 is a ridiculous price. Wouldn't pay £1 for Pringles anymore, certainly not if only 166g. Wonder what the multigrain is like ("free" often makes things taste a bit better)

    This offer is not on everyone's, if you have been invited to the RRP club recently I think you can see it. Otherwise it's a pound off at Sainsburys who maybe clearing them @ 60p see other post on HUKD

    Not showing on my App. If you are getting them for free , then fair enough I suppose. I bought them when it was 50p cashback from Checkout Smart but to be honest , nobody in the family liked them ( and we are all normal Pringles fans. ) Even the dog wasn't too keen. The online reviews are pretty mixed. The texture is similar to sawdust or mushed up cardboard. Pringles have tried to process a hybrid product they can sell at a higher price point containing (according to the ingredients) rice and corn flour and wheat starch and bran and tried to rebrand it as somehow more healthy (which is debatable) but IMHO it just hasn't worked.

    The Tesco Clubcard price is £1.65 and CheckoutSmart refunded the full £2 non Clubcard price.
