HELP ME PLEASE i have been looking for a new laptop for ages now and i am sooo confused whats good whats bad ect ect i am looking at getting one from Tesco as i have one of there cards as i dont have the cash to buy one right now so if anyone can help me i would so appreciate it.
I want a laptop for home not bothered about games like to do things with photos and music and well everyday shopping and communicating. Is this one any good for me.

Thanks for you message which processor should i look at if going for a cheaper one?

Have you seen the Dell Outlet thread ?

Loads of high end laptops on there.

I'me just waiting for my dell outlet 17" XPS (i5, Nvidea 435, 4GB) to arrive for ~£480

they do them in a 17" screan aswell i was shown them in the computer shop today im getting this 15.6" one as i find i dont really need a 17" screan but its still great for movies etc..


It seems ok but a bit expensive. if its just for home consider a 17 inch … It seems ok but a bit expensive. if its just for home consider a 17 inch screen. Also laptop speaker quality differ vastly. Those with branding JBL or Altec Lansing tend to be better than average. Dont be afraid of cheaper processors.
