Hi there.... this was on sale. Half price. Plain white plates, mugs, cereal bowls and smaller sized plates... Really good for general use. I normally hate the very thick plates... difficult to wash. This one is porcelain so very thin plates but good quality.

Good price, great if you're setting up you're own place

Funnily enough I bought these a while ago as a temporary measure till I found some "decent" plates in white that a) I liked and b) would fit in my kitchen wall cupboards. They have been brilliant - seem to take the knocks of family life well , stack in the dishwasher allowing space between the plates for cleaning and because they are so thin, take up so much less space in the cupboard. They have been so good I am considering buying some more! Still looking for the "decent ones" but in no hurry now.

Tesco paperthin Denby.

It would be hard to mark it cold when you get the entire 16 for considerably less than a single normal item of Denby.

where is it I cannot find it

its instore only...

If this is the same set we purchased a little while ago from Tescos then its not worth 10 pence let alone 15 pounds. We bought 3 sets from Tescos and found that all but two plates had pimples in the middle.....so all the food rolls to the edge. To top it all when we took them back they got stressed because we forgot the receipt even though its Tescos brand.

I have heard they are clamping down on non receipted returns but this was laughable that they believed we might of stolen 48 pieces of crockery. I would have to have one hell of a large raincoat to go unnoticed.

exactly... 3.50 is a bargain price and to be honest... i have been using these for a while now, and i bought these when i moved house with a thought of looking for something better in the meanwhile.... But i actually prefer these over any others for day to day use... Easy to clean... Mine have had no stains at all.... after 3 years of daily use...

I expect the food to stay on the plate what is the point in having a plate if the gravy makes its way off the edge. May as well eat of the table which is what you will be doing. Maybe I am not chav enough for this offer.

probably u dont know how to eat properly and thats why this plate will cause u to drop your food or gravy. U could possibly do with a course about learning how to eat properly...
