we were thinking of going away in may and need cream and bought one of these. I'm just wondering though. dont they say that each year the suncream halves the SPF? so would a 30 in the sale now be factor 15 do you think? me and my kids have never been abroad and I dont want to go thinking i'm protecting them and then them burning? they are only 5&7 . thanks ( sorry hope you dont mind me asking. hope someone can help)

I purchased 4 of these bottles when I spotted them in my Tesco a few days ago. To be honest I wouldn't use these abroad. I would opt for a higher factor (I always buy at least SPF50+ when taking kids abroad). I thought these would be useful here during the Summer (if we get one!) and to put in kids bags when School request they bring sun lotion in. I am mum to 3 children aged 6yrs, 5yrs and a 10 month old.

I agree, I have mixed race children in my family and we would never use less thankyou 50+ abroad on them and 30+ in the UK...I hope this helps x
