    Never understood the attraction of watermelon. Maybe I have just been unlucky but I have always found them pretty tasteless compared to other melons.

    Most of the time they are so small it’s a waste of money. Just go to your local shop, by now they’ll probably have a crate full of those big long watermelons, that will be most likely better in flavour anyway

    Good to see the ingredients don't include anything extra.
    Medium sized were £3.50 in Asda, but they were rank, with soft spots that easily gave way. They would have been good as a gift for a teenage male

    If you find they're not as tasty or the watermelon seems a bit dry, grill them as steaks. If you want to go over and above just add feta, mint, rocket and cucumber for a decent salad, otherwise these grilled with a. Little salt and sugar is the bomb 👌🏻
