Totally agree I drink the decaf evenings

Not if you're sensitive to caffeine, have high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, palpitations etc...

To really get the full benefits you need 6-7 cups a day, that's a lot of caffeine so I find it good to make 4-5 of them a decaf option.

Tetley Green tea isn't as nice as Clipper or Twinings, the tea itself never looks as green but good price.
Also a quid in Poundland Fulham, could be national but their stock seems to change alot, hot, nice tea good price
I put a jet of lemon in it. Quite stylish.

That is a lot of lemon. Do you use a Dreamliner?

Costco green tea is where it's at. Box of 100 come in individual satchets.

I bought a box of 80 Tetley Green Tea in Poundland two months ago, they seem stronger than the same tea sold in Asda.
