The guys on the "MIKE" as you put it are full of crap and talk some right old tosh proper liars and only want your tips been on this twice and both times it was one of their birthdays and american tourists were putting £££££ in the buckets dont full for it !.

The cruise is a good trip if the weather is nice it takes around 1hr 20 mins one way to greenwich , i have only ever paid £5 each return journey not sure if this offer is on now but look around.

Personally I wouldn’t bother with these cruises unless you want a commentary.
The TfL River Bus offers far more stop options and is a considerably cheaper way to see the sights as long as you have a contactless debit/credit card or Oyster card

Are you sure this includes the eye?
But this doesnt include a trip on the eye, so cant see why you are comparing costs with the cost of going on the eye?

Maybe they do wouldn't know, but i dont like con tricks and liars that prey on tourists i'm local to here so could see what was going on.
Please any one know is it free for 5and 3 Years old. Thanks
There is also a 25%discount code on Virgin activities on o2 priority, making this even cheaper
Will cost £14.06 after o2 priority discount
If you want to go on the London Eye then use daysoutguide.co.uk/lon…eye
You just need to buy two rail tickets (eg. Vauxhall-Waterloo) to get two for one on the London Eye (and many other London attractions)

So if you buy with an oyster card is it capped for the day? If not then the 18.75 for two for unlimited rides is an ok deal.

Gr8 idea. Works out £6.80 per adult and child under 5 free from North Greenwich to London eye. I am not sure however whether you are allowed to hop off and hop on without paying again. So might be good for sights of London via Thames.

Point taken but the river bus is not the same as the cruise it can be packed with commuters and is inside no outside seating as such im local and have use it so i would say the cruise is the best option in good weather and you would disappointed with the river bus.

Good tip from vauxhall you need to spend about £6.20 on train tickets but still a good saving on walk up price sure you could get a deal on a cheaper ticket like with experience days buyagift etc but your tip will work out best i expect.

No when you use Oyster or contactless to pay on the Thames clipper (river bus) boats you pay for every journey there is no daily/weekly capping, found that here thamesclippers.com/abo…ons
I used my blue light card to get discount on the river cruise online which worked out at this price, used not too long ago when we got the heat wave lol and the boat was that of the owners of London eye so the tour guide was very good!

Okay Batman why didn’t you take the tips and redistribute it to the tourists?

This stuff happens all the time.
The tour guide on the boat I went on looked a lot like Plan B.
I've heard they can all be a bit annoying with their most likely fake cockney accents and "banter", but isn't that what tourists expect?

You can get a family tickets on buyagift.com for 16.25.
My personal experience for this cruise is crap. Cruise is dead slow and you don't get enough time to hop over different cruise unless you want to get down, walk out of pier, turn back, queue again to join another cruise. You can't really use it for sightseeing.
