Product description
A revolutionary, yet simple guide to better health from the star of BBC1's Doctor in the House.

In The Four Pillar Plan, Dr Rangan Chatterjee presents an easily accessible plan for taking control of your health and your life.

Everyday health revolves around Dr Chatterjee's four pillars: relaxation, food, sleep and movement. By making small, achievable changes in each of these key areas you can create and maintain good health - and avoid illness.

It's not about excelling at any one pillar - what matters is the balance across all the things you do, including:

· an electronic 'sabbath' once a week
· aiming for 12 hours every day without food
· exposure to sunlight first thing each morning

Based on cutting edge research and his own experiences as a doctor, this book contains fascinating case studies from real patients.

Practical and potentially life-changing, The Four Pillar Plan is an inspiring and easy-to-follow guide to better health and happiness.

Eat more veggies.
Eat less sugar & processed foods.
Drink less alcohol & fizzy pop, drink more water.
Exercise more.

As somebody who has lost 3.5 stone since August, these are the only 4 pillars you need.

You don't need a book to state the obvious.

I’ve lost the same through life style changes the past year and a half and it’s a great read to keep me motivated, reassuring to know some science and that I am doing a lot right. It’s a massive help to learn more that I can do to keep me on this journey.

Did you watch the BBC1 mini Series? Hats off to the doctor as he has changed peoples lives. The message needs to get out to the masses, support from those successfully doing it would help.

Good on you too for your weight loss (maybe a bit fast as 1-2lbs per week is sustainable and Less risk of yo-yo-ing ). If £8 starts someone on this path then it’s a steal!!

3.5 stone = 47lbs
20 weeks = 2.35lbs per week.

Hardly THAT fast, slightly above average but another 1.5 to go.

My target was to do it all by April, so I was being realistic.
Well done for losing weight fatty's
You might want to start making sure you drink only Evian bottled water too. The others are too acidic.
