Troubleshooting here: have a look in the "on device" section of kindle by selecting the menu tab; it could be there. I downloaded a copy to my android and thats where it ended up.

Do you really need 52 pages to tell you how to eat qhat you want on 5 days and only 500 calories on the other 2 days?

Sounds like yet another fad, if you want to lose weight then stop eating so much.
Intermittent fasting works for some people, but I don't think this is the way to do it.

Rapid fat loss never works.

diets work as long as you are on them

Exactly. I'm currently three months in to doing it the right way (watching calories/macro-nutrients and going to the gym) and I'm 38lbs down of the 70lbs I want to lose. Makes me laugh when people say "i've tried every diet around". No, you tried every quick results fad on the market.

The main thing for weight loss is commitment, that's it.

My mother is the same, she keeps doing weight watchers, lighter life, atkins, 5:2, slimming world yet miraculously none of them ever work for her...

I looked at it briefly and I don't agree with the idea of two days where you eat 500 cals each day.
Better off just fasting for one whole day.
And this is from personal experience, but thing is no one size fits all approach works, some people need more carbs, or fats, some people work out, some don't, too many variables for a generic blanket diet.

Yes, the ELMAM diet. Eat Less Move About More.

Coupled with the Head Shake diet it's effective.. when someone asks "do you want any food" just shake your head "no".

I guess the whole problem is that people who do fad diets do them for the "quick fix" they offer. I'm sure all of the fad diets would work if people were committed to them properly but unfortunately they just want to have an easy option which doesn't exist.
