Quite surprised to see this in Poundland, to be honest! Also managed to pick up Hardcore Henry (Hopefully worth a punt for a pound).

Another Blu-ray that I spotted, but didn't pick up was Planet of the Apes (Wahlberg version).

Superb price for BluRays, cheaper than renting digitally on some sites! Heat
I love Tintin. In a manly way that is.oO
Quite surprised to see you there FD
Voted hot! Must buy for Tintin fans.
I bought this for like £20 years ago for my son. Not sure he was that into it, was probably more my doing being a fan since a kid!
I got this for £7 in Hmv a couple of years ago, so it's usual price is pretty cheap. A quid is an absolute bargain though. I love Tintin.
excellent price for the Tintin

my kids loved this a few years ago
Wish you had picked up a copy of Planet of the Apes for me
love tintin got this for £15odd around release.
Loved tin tin, heat added
This is the 5 DVD version - and they had a single copy in Dundee last week.

I got my 15 disc version for about £20, but that was about 10 years ago.
Bashibazooks, but that's cheap.

Can't beat tin tin. Every episode someone got coshed over the head. You wouldn't have that in cartoons today.
It was in Southend Victoria but it was the last one (currently) so can confirm it is in multiple stores.
Most splendid. Tintin. Yay!
tintin is a legend.
wiggywig

Been suspicious of the Germans since I found out that 'The Adventures of Tintin' were called 'Tim und Struppi' there (Tim = Tintin; Struppi = Snowy).

But then again, I'm sure the Belgians find Snowy to be Anglophone nonsense, since his name in Herge's originals was Milou!

Oh - and for anyone who uses UK Netflix, these Tintin series are on there.

I got the first Lord of the Rings (Blu Ray) for £1 on Sunday... looked for the other two but couldn't find them. Will look again this weekend!

Thanks, op - Managed to snag one. Absolute bargain!
I love the tin tin tin case it comes with.

Sorry, much prefer the comic books, as that's what I grew up with.
Been hunting around a few stores for this, no joy so far - anyone found one recently? One of my local stores said they get DVD deliveries on a Saturday.
