I was a bit cautious about ordering this because the description is so poor (it lists it as a DVD), but the listing at Base.com is for the Deluxe Collector's Edition boxset of the Magical Mystery Tour film. I received mine yesterday, a couple of days after ordering, in a very protective large package.

From Amazon, where it's listed at £39.99:

The Deluxe Collector’s Edition is a special 10”x10” edition which includes both the DVD and Blu-ray, as well as a 60-page book with background information, photographs and documentation from the production, and a faithful reproduction of the mono double 7” vinyl EP of the film’s six new Beatles songs, originally issued in the UK to complement the film’s 1967 release.

The DVD and Blu-ray feature over 50 minutes of special features, packed with unseen footage. There are newly-filmed interviews with Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and other members of the film’s cast and crew, as well as a director’s audio commentary recorded by Paul.

Has this film been (well) remastered? Because IIRC the original film was pretty bad with lots of frame judder.
It seems that it has been cropped

I'm not sure from my own experience what the picture quality is like, because I haven't watched the Blu-ray yet. I read some reviews before purchasing and the general feeling was that this was the best quality it has ever been, with the framing identical to the originally-televised version but in full colour. It also appears that both the Blu-ray and DVD are region free, but don't quote me on that.

This is a lovely box set at a very good price. Blu-ray quality is very good as previously stated and region free. For fans or collectors this is a must. You will not be dissapointed.
