Might be a bit niche, but I loved this (can't wait for S2) and thought any other fans might like these also, or make a cool Christmas present for anyone who you know who is a fan. Also these are a really good price as elsewhere, unsigned editions (and these are signed by Garth Ennis) are selling for around this price or more.
Deal link goes to "The Boys: Omnibus: Volume 1 (Ennis Signed Photo Cover Edition)" other links are in the OP below.
There's different editions / covers available to choose from for the three different editions, with varying release dates i.e from 6th November to 18th December
Description below is for Book 1:-
Signed by series writer and co-creator Garth Ennis! Available for a limited time at this special price-point! All-new printing collecting the first 14 issues of the critically acclaimed series, now heading to live-action on Amazon Prime! This is going to hurt!

In a world where costumed heroes soar through the sky and masked vigilantes prowl the night, someone’s got to make sure the ‘supes’ don’t get out of line. And someone will! Billy Butcher, Wee Hughie, Mother’s Milk, The Frenchman, and The Female are The Boys: A CIA-backed team of very dangerous people, each one dedicated to the struggle against the most dangerous force on Earth - superpower!

Some superheroes have to be watched. Some have to be controlled. And some of them - sometimes - need to be taken out of the picture. That’s when you call in The Boys! After the opening story arc introducing Hughie to the team (issues 1-6), Dark avenger Tek-Knight and his ex-partner Swingwing are in trouble (issues 7-14). Big trouble. One has lost control of his terrifyingly overactive sex-drive, and the other might just be a murderer.
It’s up to Hughie and Butcher to work out which is which, in Get Some. Then, in Glorious Five-Year Plan, The Boys travel to Russia - where their corporate opponents are working with the mob, in a super-conspiracy that threatens to spiral lethally out of control. Good thing our heroes have Love Sausage on their side.

Featuring some ever-so-slight tweaks the creators have meticulously restored, The Boys Omniobus Volume 1 also features bonus art materials, the script to issue #1 by Garth Ennis, a complete cover gallery, and more!
*Price shown is instore price, but if you can't get to a store you can have delivered for £4

It’s a good show but unfortunately Karl Urban’s attempt at a cockney accent is very bad, I actually thought he was meant to be an Aussie for the first two episodes and realised he’s trying to be a Londoner.

To be honest I thought the same. Aussie or Londoner his performance was still Stella.

I haven't read the books, but from what I have heard from friends who have, they have said the series so far, has been faithful to the books. That all being said, reading a graphic novel is always a different experience to watching the TV series or film (and usually, always better). But your brother is right, this is great, and a new look / twist on the superhero genre.
Really tempted by this. But I might give it a pass for now

Hmm, the series IS more faithful than, say, Preacher is.

But still, the comic is far superior, and I say this as someone who enjoyed the series a lot! Things in the series seemed... I dunno, rushed from the comics, but understandably so. For example, the whole back story with The Female is explored as we go on, she is already part of the group from the get go in the comics.

Oh and, the unknowing romance (I'm trying hard not to give spoilers away) goes on FAR longer before it hits the fan in the comic

He's got the worst cockney ever. In one episode some one mentions the English man. Girlfriend was like there's no English man, just an Australian lol

Comics are amazing, I've read lots of different ones but this series is by far my favourite.

I was going on about it when I read it last year.

I thought I might get bashed by the fan boys of the series for making that comment, regardless it is a good show.

I don’t blame your gf thinking he’s an Aussie

Yep. When someone referred to him as English I was like 'Ey? he's a Kiwi?'

Just go with Aussie, have no effect on story.

Worse than Burt in Mary Poppins?

Same, until he entered the shop and The Clash - London's Calling started playing. Good show though.

For me it was bad enough to reduce how much I enjoyed the season. Overhammed and really dire; weakened the character.
Not bad but I already bought the first 4 of these omnibuses. Only got 2 more to get. Signed is pretty cool but I need them to match.
You can get the original comics the series was made from for this price on amazon. Characters are different though.
I really liked the amazon series and if I was not already subbing to marvel comics I would get these

I've just finished the series and I was under the impression he was an Aussie the whole time
I keep getting an error message when I try to place the order

Edit: Got it to work with another card. Great idea for a Christmas present!! This was the first comic book series my partner read, many years ago. I think he’ll love the signed aspect. Heat!

the graphic novel is a lot more..graphic and also the main characters are more enforcers against the whole of superheroes bad behavior rather than clandestinley investigating a few of them from the show.

honestly do prefer the show (and casting simon pegg was a rather inspired choice) as it's a lot more focussed and gritty but the comic has some twisted and insane moments - both are great.
Will this be worth anything?

it's an omnibus edition so you could roll it up and use it to beat away feral dogs while scavenging for avocados post-brexit, if that's what you mean.

The show broadly follows the comics but there are a lot of tweaks to make it more palatable for TV in CURRENT_YEAR.

Characters are tweaked, there's less sex and sex humour, much less gore (generally less edgy overall) , Anti-christianity stuff is shoehorned in (probably down to Seth Rogen's influence) and obvious changes to make it more #metoo friendly.

There's also signs that the plot will diverge a bit so I imagine the differences between the comics will increase over time. That said, Rogen has stated that he plans to adapt Herogasm in season 3 which is a fairly infamous arc/side story.
This comic is a bit horrific tbh. Very dark, very graphic, the show was actually much more palatable. Needless to say this aint for your kids Christmas stocking.

His terrible accent only heightened my experience! It made the show so bloody funny!

Literally one step away from the stereotypical american version of a cockney "Corr blimey guvna! Apples n pears, how's ya farver!?".

Hah yeah I can agree with that to an extent but I couldn’t take some his scenes seriously due to the Aussie accent so I just pretended that’s he’s an Aussie with Harry Kane syndrome.
I loved this series too! A nice 180° change to the usual Marvel stuff, which has been a bit full on over the last few years.

This is totally different, although yeah the leads accent is a bit of a shocker.

Great price for these books, heat added.
