For £2? I suppose you'll be expecting it to be presented in a gilded box as well?

it dont say on the packet or on the website so would say no

I always thought that the 'Butchers Selection' and 'Fresh' are indicators of organic products..

I guess one would have to read the ingredients label..

I'm pretty sure after the discussion last time these are just plain old chicken breasts, not organic. The name is just marketing. For essentially £4 a kg they're a bargain however.

Dont care how much it costs if its not sourced from Britain then its staying on the shelf.

Sorry but this is gotta be cold, we need to be supporting local farmers not ones in Poland etc, I refuse to buy chicken that is not reared in Britain. We all need to do our bit, I goto a butchers, tesco/ asda if need be but not Iceland anymore, amazes me how they can sell British whole chickens but the breast etc are from Poland.

Fresh breasts for £4 a kilo bargainlicious

Why would anyone associate a generic name like "Butcher's Market" to mean anything to do with organic? oO

because it's a free world and Polish farmers aren't swimming in cash either? X)

because they are naive and marketers aim to make stupid people believe they are buying something better

As supermarket chicken goes this isn't at all bad. Great deal in my opinion.

Why would you assume that? 'Fresh' simply indicates it's not frozen and 'Butchers Selection' could mean anything. If these are organic, they would mention that very clearly on the packaging to sell more.

Yes mate. Pretty sure chicken selling for £2 lived a life of pure luxury, being fed the highest quality wheats and grains, spending the days basking outside in the sunshine and the nights getting foot rubs and massages in 5 star chicken coops.

I think you're on to something. At this price these might well be returns...

its pumped full of water...a couple of the packs were FULL of water...didnt look good. Cheap, but not worth it imo.
We buy from the wholesaler locally and get 5k for £20-23 depending the offer. Its freezable too.

Smoking Hot, bought loads last time on offer & didn't have any added water let's hope it's the same, Freezer make some room of course added heat

Na I don't think they will be returns .. They would have stated it on the packaging..
