These are vegetarian fed and not battery farmed chickens - the nearest you get to free range chickens that aren't free range chickens !

They are tasty - in my humble opinion - and a great price at £3.75 at the moment.

I bought 3 packs - 2 had 4 fillets in and one had five - but i assume smaller ones as they are sold by weight

that's £6.95 a kilo, even M&S is cheaper @ £5.99

I don't know how much they are in M&S - but if they are the same quality as these thats a bargain - these asre really lovely fillets - not stuffed with water and battery farmed on other animals as food:thumbsup:

Is it me or have Co-op started doubling the RRP of products it puts on offer then calling it half price when they take 50% off??

Yeah the Coop are a bit guilty of overpricing so they can discount to a more reasonable cost. This is very nice chicken though, much better than Tesco or Sainsburys.

Feed the vegetarian's to the chicken's haha LOL

I went into the Co-Op yesterday to have a look at the chicken advertised and on the packet what they are saying is it is normally £15 a kilo. How can they get away with that, that is a huge over RRP for this chicken, it has never been sold at £15 a kilo. Swinderling little sods.
